Patricia A. Wilder, President, was Project Architect for Laureate Homes’ entries in the Home Builders Association of Metropolitan Denver’s Parade of Homes, in 1999, 2000 & 2002, while employed at Knudson Gloss Architects. The 2000 entry won first place for 7 of 10 categories, including “Best of Show”, and was featured in the September/
October 2000 issue of Colorado Homes & Lifestyles magazine.

Wilder has been featured in “Architect’s Corner” in Builder Magazine, and currently sits on the Lafayette Planning Commission, is liaison to the Lafayette Open Space Advisory Committee, and served on the Lafayette Historic Preservation Board for 2 years. She is a member of the American Institute of Architects, and an associate member of the Grand County Builders’ Association. She is a licensed architect with 15 years of professional experience. Her work experience includes a vast array of projects, which vary from Public Schools, to Self-Storage Facilities, Tenant Finishes, Remodels & Additions, large Custom Homes, Parade Homes, and Multi-Family Housing.
